Since Governor Cooper took office, 40,000 jobs have been created. Workforce development must be a top priority when debating jobs and the economy in North Carolina. Aligning job training with the needs of industries hiring now and developing innovative programs to ensure community college students have the financial support they need to finish their degrees and find good jobs.
